We take great pride in our premium products and customer satisfaction. However, if you ever need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Understand our conditions
As soon as your order arrives, please try everything on and inspect your products. Blush & Bloom will only issue an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
If you have chosen the wrong size: Blush & Bloom will happily exchange your item for the correct size. You can choose to deliver the goods back to Blush & Bloom, or for a small fee outlined further below in step 3, we can arrange for a courier to collect the goods. If Blush & Bloom does not have your size, or the item has been discontinued, you can exchange the item for similar products of the same value or higher.
If you change your mind: For a most change of mind purchases, Blush & Bloom is happy to exchange the goods. You can choose to deliver the goods back to Blush & Bloom, or for a small fee outlined further below in step 3, we can arrange for a courier to collect the goods. If Blush & Bloom does not have your size, or the item has been discontinued, you can exchange the item for similar products of the same value or higher.
If you would like a full refund, please note that under the Consumer Protection Policies by the Dubai Department of Economic Development, Blush & Bloom is not obligated to refund goods for ‘change of mind’ purchases. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases and will review each request fairly and on a case by case basis. Please note that all refunds paid by credit card or PayPal will have a processing fee of 5.5% of the value of your order, deducted from your refund total. This fee is incurred by Blush & Bloom regardless of whether the sale is refunded or not. Any courier charges incurred by Blush & Bloom, (AED30 for local orders and AED150 for international orders) will also be deducted from your total refund.
Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been returned to Blush & Bloom and are deemed fit for sale.
Our courier service does not permit cash to be sent to our customers. Therefore, refunds for customers who have paid by cash on delivery will be required to personally collect their cash from our Blush & Bloom office.
If the item is faulty: At Blush & Bloom we take great care, ensuring our quality goods have been checked for damages or defects prior to delivery. Blush & Bloom will only issue a refund or exchange for faulty items on agreed approval of fault. Any accidental or deliberate damage of goods will not be refunded. Upon approval and receipt of the faulty goods, Blush & Bloom will offer to refund the cost of the individual item (less the delivery costs), or if preferred, arrange for an exchange.
Only if the product is in its original sale condition: Any exchanges or refunds as mentioned above, including faulty goods, will only be granted provided the goods have not been used or worn, are unwashed, have no perfume smells or odors and are in their original packaging with all tags still intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note, any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty, however, the return of all faulty goods will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Step 2 – Notify us
If you would like to exchange or return your item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +971 56 413 5371 from 9am to 7pm (GMT+04: 00), seven days a week. Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be considered. In your email, please provide the following:

– The reason you would like an exchange.
Blush & Bloom will promptly confirm via email or phone, whether your item(s) can be exchanged or refunded.
Step 3 – Return the original goods
UAE customers: Upon approval of exchange or return, Blush & Bloom can arrange for a courier to collect your items. There is an AED30 cash collection fee for any ‘incorrect size choices’ and ‘change of mind’ exchanges. This fee is to cover our return service, courier costs. Alternatively, you are welcome to deliver or post back your ‘incorrect size choices’ or ‘change of mind’ goods to Blush & Bloom within 7 days from initial approval. Once any posted items have been received, Blush & Bloom will charge a AED30 cash on the delivery fee to redeliver any exchanged goods back to you. Blush & Bloom cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit, so it is advisable to send your items via registered post so the shipment can be tracked.
If you would like to avoid any extra delivery fees, you are welcome to personally hand-deliver the items back to our Blush & Bloom office in Sports City. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on +971 56 413 5371 to arrange a time. Any agreed faulty goods will be collected from UAE customers and a replacement item delivered free of charge.
International customers: Upon Blush & Bloom’s approval of exchange or return, please post any ‘incorrect size choices’ and ‘change of mind’ goods back to Blush & Bloom within 14 days via a reliable international postal or courier service. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping international returns or exchanges back to Blush & Bloom. Blush & Bloom cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit, so it is advisable to send your items via registered post so the shipment can be tracked.
Blush & Bloom’s postal address is only for postal returns. If you would prefer to send an item by express courier, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide a street address.

Step 4 – Receive your new exchanged goods or refund
If an exchange has been agreed, once Blush & Bloom has received the returned goods in the approved condition, we will immediately reship your new goods. Shipping new items is free of charge for faulty goods. If the exchanged items are for ‘incorrect size choices’ or ‘change of mind’, then courier charges for collection and/or delivery may be charged.
If a refund has been agreed, once Blush & Bloom has received the returned goods in the approved condition, we will immediately refund the value of goods returned. Please note, Blush & Bloom does not refund any delivery charges under any conditions. All credit card purchases will be refunded via 2Checkout and may take up to 7 days to clear.
If your refund is to ‘change of mind’ or ‘incorrect size choice’ and is a refund for the full order, Blush & Bloom will deduct 5.5% of the refund. This is because Blush & Bloom incurs 5.5% fee from 2Checkout for all credit card transactions regardless of whether the sale is completely refunded or not. Blush & Bloom is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by your bank. All cash purchases (UAE customers only), will be refunded in cash.
